Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate campervans in your preferred site, the Festival reserves the right to provide alternative facilities in the event of adverse conditions. You will need to bring your own bedding, and expect to be using basic camping facilities.

Click here for more details about Tipi life at Glastonbury. There are no separate weekend tickets for customers with access requirements. Anyone wanting to attend the Festival must register and book tickets in the usual manner, as described above.

This pack will be available in the New Year. Please note — due to the high demand for these facilities we do recommend customers completing the form and returning this to us as early as they can. Everyone aged 13 or over on Wednesday 22nd June when the Festival gates open who plans to come to the Festival, must have booked a ticket to attend.

If your child has or will turn 13 since you booked tickets for the Festival, and before the gates open for the Festival, please submit their registration at www. You may collect a child wristband for children attending with you from the KidzField or the various Information Points once you have entered the Festival site. Anyone under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied to the Festival by a responsible adult who must be aged 18 or over and who would usually be the parent, carer or legal guardian.

Those who are aged 16 or 17 are allowed to attend the Festival unaccompanied, but it is strongly advised that this decision is made with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Information about the dispatch of your tickets will be available through See Tickets who will email you with your tracking reference. You can track your ticket order via www. To access the order tracker you will require your email address and booking reference number. If you are not at home when your tickets arrive, a card will be left giving you instructions on how to arrange re-delivery including weekend delivery options or pick them up from your local collection office.

Please note — if you have changed address since booking your tickets you will need to notify See Tickets of your change of address. Changes of address on your registration will not automatically update your delivery address.

If you ordered more than one ticket, your tickets will be dispatched to the address you provided for the first name on your booking. If you paid your balances separately, you will each receive your own ticket. Tickets will be sent to the address specified when booking. A signature will be required at the point of the delivery. You can track your international ticket order via www. Ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure your ticket balance is paid on time.

Tickets for Glastonbury Festival are personalised with a photo of the ticket holder and cannot be transferred to another recipient. If you are unable to come to the Festival, and require a refund for your ticket, please contact See Tickets on before midnight Friday May 6th to log your request for a refund. It is not possible to cancel part of the package — if you are unable to travel on your allotted coach you will need to cancel your ticket booking.

Ticket holders were given the option to purchase TicketPlan Refund Protection so that a refund of the value of your Ticket can be provided to you if you cannot attend the Festival due to the circumstances set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Refund Protection is subject to an additional charge per person when paying the balance for your tickets. NB: Refund Protection is only available when making a balance payment or full ticket booking. Refund Protection provides cover for a range of specified unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you being able to attend the Festival. Alternatively, you may wish to check whether your ticket is covered elsewhere. Tickets are non-refundable after the deadline of Friday May 6th.

However, if you have purchased the Refund Protection for your ticket and if your reason for not being able to attend is included, a refund application can be made online with TicketPlan. Please note that Refund Protection will not cover the loss of your ticket, or any circumstances which could be considered foreseeable.

Unfortunately, if tickets are delivered to ticket holders, and subsequently lost, destroyed or misplaced, we cannot replace them.

Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents. With a fallow year scheduled for , this was the last Festival for two years. Tickets sold-out the day they went on sale and when gates opened on Wednesday morning, tens of thousands of revellers made their way in — a full two […]. Your ticket price includes access to the camping fields. You can choose to pitch your tent anywhere within the designated camping zones that sit throughout the Festival, from fields right next to the Pyramid Stage to more tranquil areas on the outskirts of the Festival.

Where to pitch your tent Different areas have different atmospheres. Check out the car park map here. We'll update it with the version when it's released. If someone else is driving you they can leave you at the drop and collect point. Either way, only use your satnav to get to the festival signs, then follow those signs rather than the little dot on your screen.

You can save money and reduce your carbon emissions by going for a car share. Check travel info on the way by using the Festival website, and when you're within 25 miles you can tune in to Worthy FM As well as getting you in the mood, they'll let you know about any traffic issues. Otherwise, there's National Express or private coaches from across the country to the festival gate, and trains to Castle Cary Station with a free shuttle bus to the festival. You can also get to the festival by bike or motorbike.

The Glastonbury Festival Map will be published nearer the festival, and for now you can have a good look at the map which shouldn't be too different. Regular festivalgoers will know that no, the toilets aren't as bad as legend would have, at least not these days. It's not as lovely as your loo at home, and things can get a little messy when it's muddy, but don't do anything daft like dosing up on Immodium for the weekend.

And don't wee in the bushes, no matter how long the queue is at your nearest toilet. It's bad for the wildlife and just gross all round. Instead use one of the the 2, odd long drops, 1, compost loos, the ever-decreasing plastic portable toilets, or urinals and shepees for a quick wee. There are locked wheelchair-accessible loos on viewing platforms near the bigger stages and also around the site, so get in touch with the festival in advance if you'll need access.

You can keep refreshing at the Met Office , BBC News , AccuWeather , netweather , the weather outlook , metcheck and The Weather Network all you like for good news, but we'll only start having a serious look and updating you here in the spring.

Unlike many festivals you're allowed to bring your own beer, whisky, vodka, absinthe, wine, cider and so on. But remember, you can only bring enough for "reasonable personal use", so no setting up your own bar out the back of your tent. Also, no glass bottles. The cows don't like it, and neither do the Eavises. Remember to decant all your spirits and wine into plastic or metal bottles before you get to the festival. There was talk of a total plastic bottle ban for which has translated into a ban on the sale of single-use plastic bottles on site.

Even if you have your "reasonable" personal allowance in your tent or car, you won't always want to go back there for a top-up, and there's nothing quite like a cold drink straight from the tap or fridge.

The on-site bars are run by the Workers Beer Company and Avalon bars, and the prices are "equivalent to London pub prices". That's not cheap, but it's not completely unreasonable either. If you're lucky enough to look younger than 21, you'll need to prove that you're over 18 to buy booze on site. If you're not keen about carrying that around with you, you can show your valid ID and get a Challenge 21 wristband from the property lockups where you can safely stash your valuables.

Yes, you can. Tins, packets and dry food are probably your friends. You can, but do read through all the official safety advice carefully. It's not just burger and chips and it's not just mung beans and lentils either. There are over food stalls across the festival ranging from the super cheap to this-is-so-expensive-this-is-silly.
